  • How do I get started?

    Choose the package that best fits for your needs. Afterwards, you will receive an email to discuss next steps and a checklist of items we will need to get started. If you feel more comfortable with email, please contact us at info@meeta4e.com.

  • Can I cancel my service at anytime?

    Yes, you can cancel at anytime. Our services end starting the month after your cancellation request. If we have already prepared your tax return, you will only need to reimburse us for the prorated cost of the the tax preparation fee. This will be found under our engagement letter.

  • What if I only need tax preparation or bookkeeping services?

    No problem! We also provide tax preparation and bookkeeping services as stand-alone offerings in addition to our monthly packages. For tax preparation we can give you a exact quote once you've filled out a brief questionnaire about your tax situation or just simply upload your prior year’s tax return on our secure portal. Please refer to our contact page  to request a quote!

  • What counts as part of my monthly expenses?

    We consider any of the following combination as part of your monthly expenses: cost of services, payroll, operating expenses, inventory (if any), distributions and capital expenditures. Essentially, any cash outflows are considered.

  • I have more than $90k in monthly expenses. What do I do?

    For every additional $30k in monthly expenses, your plan will reflect an additional $150/mo.

  • What if I need to add on extra services that are currently not included in my package such as payroll for additional employees or cleaning up my books?

    Absolutely, we can add these onto your packages. Please contact us here.
  • What is modified accrual accounting?

    Modified accrual accounting is an alternative bookkeeping method that combines accrual-basis accounting with cash basis accounting. This includes loan payable(s), and reports include AR and AP if you utilize invoice and billing in Quickbooks. Invoicing and billing is managed by the customer. This does not include deferred revenue, prepaid expenses, prepaid insurance, and other accruals. A year-end entry for depreciation and amortization is made if A4E files the company’s tax return.

  • Are personal tax returns included in the plan?

    Personal returns are included as an add-on service. However, if you are a single-member LLC business, a Schedule C is provided. Please reach out to us if you have questions.

  • Do you offer any long term discounts?

    Yes, we offer discounts on any packages if purchased on an annual basis. Please contact us to learn more.
